Canberra Multicultural Service (CMS) is proud to be working alongside DonateLife to raise awareness about organ and tissue donation across our diverse communities.

In Australia, over 1,800 people are currently waiting for life-changing transplants. One organ donor has the potential to save up to seven lives. Yet many Australians—especially those from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds—may not have access to the information they need in a language they understand.

Through this partnership, CMS is broadcasting multilingual messages across our radio programs to ensure all communities are informed and empowered to make their own decision about organ and tissue donation. These announcements provide clear and accessible information about how donation works and how to register.
