WHAT IS PITCH PLEASE?

Pitch Please! is Canberra’s annual radio pitch contest. YOU are invited to pitch ideas/ content for a weekly 30-60 minute radio program.

Pitch Please is all about making radio accessible to fresh and diverse voices.

The winner will produce and star in their own radio program on CMS 91.1.

PITCH SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Pitches can be in ANY genre- comedy, thriller, fiction, news, music or really whatever catches your fancy

Individuals or groups may apply

Participants must be in Canberra. This is simply so you can present live from our Canberra studios.

Your idea can be at any stage- you might have a full proposal ready or a first episode planned or you may just have a seed of an idea- we welcome all emerging content makers!

Pitch ideas must abide by our community guidelines, and not propagate misinformation, discriminatory views or inappropriate content.
